The pop-up shop is open from Monday, Nov 10th through Monday, Nov 24th at 11:59PM PST. All purchases must be made during this time period.
Once you place your order, your card will be charged, and you’ll receive an email confirmation with your purchase details. After the pop-up shop closes at midnight on November 24th, we’ll begin processing all orders—this includes finalizing all order details, producing the items, packaging them, and shipping your complete order. Please note, the entire process will take approximately 6-7 weeks after the sale period ends.

Orders typically ship 6 to 7 weeks after the sale period ends. You can expect your order to deliver around mid to late January 2026. You will receive a shipping notification by email once your order has shipped. We’ll do our best to ship sooner, but please note that any shipping delays caused by the carrier after this timeframe are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as carrier delays may occur during the holiday season. Orders do not ship to PO boxes or internationally at this time.
Since all items featured on the storefront are custom-made to order with the department logo, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please review the product details and sizing information on each product page before completing your purchase
